This course includes 5 Wheel class videos from our Dharma Yoga Certified instructors. Learn how to safely backbend, increase flexibility, breathe deeply in the postures, increase blood flow. Great for strengthening back, removing back pain, strengthening the abs, hips, glutes, shoulder, and improving balance and concentration. There are 3 classes from Irena Trobnikov, DYRT and 2 classes from Penny Kalloo, DYRT. This is open for all level.
